Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem tento soundbar společně s TV Hisense 65U7NQ, ale nečekal jsem tedy že s tím budou takové problémy. To, že mi TV sama od sebe mění nastavení jsem si už víceméně zvykl - ale to že občas Dolby Atmos jde a občas ne opravdu nerozdejchám. Dělá si to co chce. Pár dní funguje, pak zapnu TV a najednou nefunguje. Po týdnu TV zapnu a hle? Najednou zase funguje. A pořád dokola. Všechno mám zapojené správně. Propojené je to v eARC, v TV je nastavený PassTrough, několikrát restartováno i resetováno jak TV tak soundbar. Už mě nebaví po patnácté ladit obraz po formátu a tak bych rád přímo vyjádření od Hisense je-li to možné. Je to na reklamaci, nebo je problém ve VIDAA OS a je třeba počkat na nový firmware (pokud vůbec někdy bude)?
