Uvicator™ Sensor UV Indicator
While mechanical damage to the helmet is noticeable, wear and tear from UV radiation remains visually hidden. The helmet is equipped with a practical Uvicator sensor that changes colour depending on the level of UV exposure. As soon as the plastic shell of the helmet is weakened by UV rays to the point where its protective function may be compromised, the sensor signals the need to replace the helmet. This ensures maximum safety without having to guess the material's wear.
