FLORIA® Substrate for self-watering pots is designed for optimal plant growth in self-watering pots and containers. Contains carefully selected ingredients that provide ideal conditions for the growth of annuals and ornamental plants such as geraniums and other flowering plants grown on balconies, terraces and other outdoor areas. The substrate has a coarser and more airy texture, which facilitates root respiration and promotes healthy growth, while the specialised ingredients ensure sufficient moisture and nutrients over a longer period of time.

Active ingredients:
White and black peat - ensure optimal substrate structure for healthy plant growth
Activated carbon - binds water and nutrients thanks to its large active surface
Mycorrhizal fungi - improve water and nutrient uptake, increase plant vigour
Coconut fibre - prevents shedding, ensures airiness and extends the life of the substrate
Perlite - improves aeration and helps retain water
Bentonite - binds nutrients and releases them gradually according to plant needs
AQUA Cell® - absorbs and gradually releases water, helping to maintain constant moisture
Use:
Fill the bottom of the pot or other growing container with substrate until the top of the root ball reaches 1-2 cm below the rim of the pot. Place the plant in the container, add the new substrate evenly around it and lightly press it and the original plant ball together. Water properly so that the original bal and the new substrate bond. However, avoid getting wet. Start fertilising the plants 3-6 weeks after transplanting. It is recommended to combine the substrate with a good-quality nutrition - a liquid flower fertiliser.
