Assembly foam 750ml CS
Get great results from your hard work with assembly foam. With this one-component structural foam, you can rely on its high adhesion to materials such as concrete, masonry, wood, stone or polystyrene or plastics. The mounting foam can also insulate sound and heat well. It has an excellent filling ability and its dimensional structure is very high quality. ČS assembly foam is a great choice for professionals as well as do-it-yourselfers. It does not contain CFCs and you can playfully embark on the installation of window frames or door frames, for example, filling cavities between partitions, floor and ceiling, cores of apartment buildings, passage of power lines, attics or bathtubs and much more. The created joint with mounting foam is then resistant to temperatures from -40 to +90 ° C.

Workflow:
Before applying the foam, it is advisable to moisten the surface with water from a sprayer. It is advisable to cover the surrounding areas that could be contaminated. Shake the can well at least thirty times. Then remove the cover and screw on the application tube. When applying, hold the can upside down and fill the joints from the bottom up in the amount of 1/2 to 1/3 of the volume of the joint. Fill joints wider than 40 mm in at least double layers, each time the previous layers have hardened. Do not overfill the joint, as the foam will increase its volume by about 60%. You can cut off the excess mass with a knife after it has hardened.
Warning:
Assembly foam is not suitable for materials made of polyethylene, polypropylene, Teflon and silicone. The cured foam is not resistant to UV radiation and the filled material needs to be covered within 14 days to 3 months, depending on the sun' s exposure. At low temperatures, it is advisable to heat the foam or joints. Do not apply mounting foam to frosted substrates.
