Duvilax BD-20 is a softened polyvinyl acetate dispersion. It is intended for use in the construction industry as a plasticizing and aerating additive for mortars, plasters, cement screeds and other construction mixtures. Penetration improves the workability of the mixture, increases adhesion, flexibility and final strength and at the same time reduces the permeability of water in liquid form. It is used for the production of interior coatings, where it acts as a dispersion binder and provides abrasion resistance. In case of dilution with water in the ratio 1:4 it can be used for penetration or impregnation of absorbent substrates before application of building cement or dispersion adhesives and mastics. In undiluted form, it can also be used for gluing paper, cardboard or textile wallpaper in the interior. Duvilax BD-20 stands out for its multifunctional use.
