Dobrý den. Mám dotaz ohledně zakoupeného produktu Hoteche AKU vrtačka 12V, 22 Nm - HTP800102. V popisu je udávána informace, že se jedná o vrtačku s příklepem. Po vyzkoušení produktu však tato funkce nebyla nalezena. Nutno podotknout, že na jiných webech inzerující tento produkt, informace o příklepu není. Vzhledem k tomu, že funkce příklep byla rozhodující o koupi produktu, se v případě absence této funkce jedná o klamavá konání a o porušení zákona o ochraně spotřebitele 634/1992 Sb..
