Tepro Universal cast plate - size L
The universal cast-iron tepro turntable in size L is a popular accessory for the grill. Thanks to its wide range of applications, it is the perfect helper for grilling. The cast iron material speaks for itself - it is fire resistant up to 1150 °C and transfers heat directly to the food. Thanks to the optimal heat distribution, meat and vegetable dishes are cooked to a crisp. In addition, the food is protected from backfiring and fats or oils cannot drip into the open flame. This prevents fires caused by grease. The practical cast iron grill plate can be used on both sides. Simply place it with the grooved side on your existing grill grate and give your steaks a typical grill pattern. Freshly prepared burgers are also cooked perfectly on the ribbed plate. The smooth side can be used, for example, for delicate fish or poultry. The turntable can be gently cleaned under warm water. Stubborn dirt can be cleaned with a mixture of oil and salt.
