The temperature range of 90° - 315°C allows you to both smoke and grill, creating a beautifully seared grill with the true flavour of wood-fired barbecue. The powerful DC motor ensures a fast heat-up and is designed to both reach high temperatures and maintain a stable low temperature. Once the temperature is set, the DC motor automatically maintains it, so you don't have to lift a finger. Included is Weber Connect, which guides you through the entire grilling process. The Weber Clean Cook system prevents ash from entering the cooking area and removes excess grease. This system also ensures easy cleaning. The gravity feed and adjustable speed auger prevent the auger from jamming. The large 9 kg pellet hopper allows all-day smoking. Weber Connect alerts you on your phone when your fuel is running low. You can prepare two whole briskets and four pork shoulders at the same time on two griddles - or burgers for everyone in the party. Aroma rails evenly distribute heat throughout the grill while giving the food that authentic BBQ flavor. Porcelain enamelled lid and tub - so your grill will last for years.
