ICY Box AC642
The perfect solution for problems with disk capacity on your laptop. Have you ever wished to add an SSD or a second HDD to your laptop and accelerate its boot time and data access? Is the capacity of your current drive not enough for you? You will not find a secondary hard drive for large files on standard laptops.
The IB AC642 frame for SSD or 2.5" HDD is easily installed in the optical drive bay. SSD can significantly speed up your operating system.
After removing the drive, you can put it into the external box (slim enclosure) that is included in the IB AC642 package. In the age of flash drives, online video streaming and software downloading, the CD/DVD drive is used less and less. And if you need the DVD drive, you can always attach the included external aluminium box with your drive via USB.
