The ID-COOLING FX240 INF water cooler efficiently dissipates heat from processors with a thermal design power of up to 300W, promoting stability even in overclocked systems. Its design is fully compatible with modern sockets, including Intel 1851, 1700 and AMD AM5. This complete liquid cooling set with ARGB backlighting integrates a powerful pump, a 240mm radiator and two fans with automatic speed control. At its core is a 7th generation pump with a durable ceramic bearing, which reaches speeds of up to 2900rpm and efficiently circulates the cooling medium throughout the entire circuit.
The 27mm thick aluminium radiator is a key element for heat dissipation. Its internal structure contains twelve water channels and dense finning, which results in a 37% increase in active cooling surface area compared to standard designs. This design improves heat transfer from the liquid to the surrounding air. Two 120mm fans then quickly exhaust this heated air out of the case, maintaining low operating temperatures in high-performance builds for AM5 or Intel 1700 sockets.
The cooler maintains low operating noise. The pump generates a sound level of only 25dB(A). The two included 120mm fans with hydraulic bearings operate in a range from 300 to 2000rpm. Automatic speed control (PWM) adjusts the performance according to the current processor load. At high speed, they achieve an airflow of 58CFM at a noise level of 27.2dB(A). Additionally, each fan offers addressable ARGB backlighting for synchronisation with other components.
