Dobrý den, mám problém, jedno sluchátko mi jde připojit jen k pc a druhé jen k mobilu, nejdou spojit dohromady do jednoho zařízení. Zkoušela jsem obnovit tovární nastavení, ale nepomohlo to. Nefunguje to už týden, mám to reklamovat nebo je zde jiná možnost? Děkuji
