Intelligent Navigation for Vacuuming in Hard-to-reach Areas

The iAdapt navigation system monitors the room with a variety of sensors, facilitating the movement of the vacuum cleaner and making cleaning more effective. The Roomba 681 can clean up not only open spaces, but also along the walls, around furniture, and in narrow slots where normal vacuum cleaners cannot reach.

Three-stage System Cleans Dirt of All Sizes

The sophisticated three-stage cleaning system is a powerful weapon of the vacuum cleaner. It can handle dirt of any kind amd on virtually any surface. This system consists of three parts:

1. Rotating side brush

The side brush effectively removes dirt around the furniture, along the walls, in the corners, and in other less accessible places.

2. Two counter-rotating brushes

The vacuum cleaner is also equipped with rotating brushes located within the cleaning head. This allows for excellent capturing of dust and larger dirt into the large dust container.

3. Suction motor

Its main task is to suck up fine dust. The special Aero Vac filter provides thorough air filtration.

• Delayed cleaning - The Roomba vacuum cleaner allows you to define automatic start-up time as you see fit. It will then automatically start cleaning and will overcome all obstacles with no problems, including darkness. The Roomba will clean for you without any supervision.

• Large dust container - The dust collector is equipped with a microfiber filter to help capture even the smallest dust particles.
   
• SPOT function – This feature provides a thorough cleaning of a specific area of 1m², which makes it perfect for cleaning spilled sugar, salt, and other small kitchen accidents.
   
• Bumper with slow contact - The pecial bumper recognizes apparent obstacles (e.g. curtains), allowing the robot to clean up even in places which the sensors would normally evaluate as off-limits.
   
• Sensors against falling down the stairs - The sensors at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner detect free space under the robot. This keeps it from falling down the stairs and from other elevated areas.
   
• Automatic recharging in the docking station - As soon as the vacuum cleaner is discharged, it automatically heads to the power station to recharge its battery.
