A complex of vitamins and minerals
A complex of vitamins and minerals in an optimal daily dose specially for women, enriched with cranberry extract, lutein, lycopene and choline. Vitamin A helps maintain good eyesight. Vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Folic acid and niacin help with exhaustion and fatigue. Vitamin D3 maintains healthy bones, muscles, teeth and the proper functioning of the immune system. Free from gluten, lactose, artificial colours, artificial flavours and preservatives.

Recommended dosage
1 tablet daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other food supplements or medicines.
Warning
Not suitable for children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding and/or taking blood thinning medication and/or have a history of kidney stones, consult a doctor. The iron content in this supplement poses a serious risk of harm to children's health. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
Storage
Store at a temperature of 15–25°C, out of the reach of children.
