Dobrý den, Nejde mi připojit tato sluchátka k PC Acer Nitro N50-620 Hlásí mi to že Mám zkontrolovat jestli jsou stále zjistitelná, a pak to zkuste znovu. A to i když jsou celou dobu zapnutá. Nevíte čím by to mohlo být? Předem děkuji za odpovědi.

Dobrý den, mám se sluchátky menší problém. V moment kdy je propojím s notebookem mi velice zeslábne wifi připojení či nefunguje vůbec. Chtěla bych se zeptat zda se to dá nějak opravit, protože na ostatních zařízeních fungují bez problému.

Dobrý den, připojila jsem tato sluchátka k NB Lenovo, W10, hudba mi normálně hrála, ale při konferenčním hovoru (MS Teams, Gather) mi asi funguje mikrofon (ostatní říkali, že mě slyšeli), ale zvuk ne - buď neslyším vůbec nic, nebo jenom divné zvuky. Existuje nějaké nastavení, které bych mohla změnit, aby to fungovalo, nebo je to problém nekompatibility slucháteK?

Hezký den, mám otázku zda jsou sluchátka vhodná na cestování? Konkrétně na basové písničky s maximální hlasitostí jak na telefonu, tak na sluchátkách.. Jednoduše jestli to při mých požadavcích nebude slyšet osoba v autobuse-či ve vlaku, která sedí vedle mě.. Případně mi prosím zkuste doporučit do stejné cenové kategorie nějaká lepší, která by splnovala mé požadavky. Děkuji
