Surprisingly widespread use

This device functions not only as a battery holder for your camera. From the USB connector you can charge any portable device, so it will serve your mobile phone or tablet well. On the grip itself you will find a mini USB port and a low battery status indicator with a red LED. There is a port on the underside of the case's standard 1/4" thread if you find it necessary to charge your device while using a tripod.
