This T5MoV high-quality stainless steel butcher's knife has a molybdenum and vanadium additive that increases the life of the blade and allows for increased hardness (54-56 HRc). The knife is intended for normal household use as well as for professional use. A long life is guaranteed for this excellent knife if you avoid dishwashers. We recommend hand washing with detergent and water, then simply wiping it dry with a cloth.
