The classic Levenhuk LabZZ M1 biological microscope with bottom illumination is especially suitable for children aged 3-7 years. The model's revolutionary lens carrier is designed to carry three lenses, allowing the microscope to offer fixed magnifications of 100×, 200× and 300×. With the eyepiece included in the kit, you can study all transparent samples, such as prepared microscope slides. The microscope is equipped with a rotatable bottom light - on one side is a mirror for use in sufficient daylight and on the other side is an LED light powered by two AA batteries (not included), which ensures comfortable observation even in poor lighting conditions. The image sharpness can be adjusted by a separate screw, allowing precise focusing of the observed sample. The workbench is equipped with metal clamps that hold the slide firmly in place during observation, making it easier to work and more comfortable. Due to the non-standard eyepiece diameter (17 mm), the microscope is not compatible with Levenhuk digital cameras.

Rich equipment

The kit contains all the necessary tools for preparing microscope slides and performing interesting experiments. In addition to observing prepared specimens, children can also create their own specimens - just place the specimen in the centre of an empty slide, fix it and cover it with a cover slip. The most interesting slides can be preserved for future study.
