The LIEBHERR WSbl 5001 wine cabinet lets you set the temperature between 5–20°C, creating stable conditions for the gradual maturation of both white and red wine. Your favourite drink is therefore always ready to serve. The appliance is suitable for both budding wine lovers and more experienced vintners with a larger collection.
Temperature protection with the TempProtect Plus function
The WSbl 5001 model is equipped with the dual-protection TempProtect Plus function, which continuously monitors the internal temperature using two separate sensors. These protect the stored wine from temperature fluctuations and, in case of a problem, immediately alert you to a sudden temperature change so you can intervene in time.
Wine cabinet with quiet operation
Peace and quiet are essential for the proper maturation of wine. An exceptionally quiet compressor developed directly by Liebherr, combined with stable beechwood shelves, creates the ideal conditions for long-term storage. The operation of the WSbl 5001 wine cabinet is almost imperceptible during normal use.

The HumiditySelect function makes setting the humidity simple and clear. The wine fridge lets you choose between standard and high humidity levels. Optimal humidity helps keep corks moist, which is important for proper maturation and the long-term seal of the bottles.
FreshAir filter for clean air inside the LIEBHERR wine fridge
The wine fridge is equipped with a replaceable FreshAir activated carbon filter. Ambient odours can negatively affect wines stored for long periods. The filter ensures optimal air quality inside the wine cabinet by supplying fresh, filtered air. The accessory requires replacement approximately every six months – the appliance will alert you when a change is needed, and it's easy to do.
