Apple's thinnest and lightest notebook is now extremely powerful thanks to the 5nm Apple M1 chip. It offers a lightning-fast 8-core CPU that can handle any project. There's also an up to 8-core GPU whose power can handle even demanding apps and games. And we mustn't forget the 16-core Neural Engine for accelerating machine learning tasks. This is the new MacBook Air.
Even though the new Apple M1 chip is an unprecedented leap in performance, the battery life has still increased significantly. It now offers up to 18 hours of video playback. You can get 15 hours of work with a WiFi connection. A huge plus from a user's point of view is its completely passive design. This means the MacBook Air is completely silent even under maximum load.
The MacBook Air 13 now has a keyboard with a scissor mechanism, more stable keys, and faster response. The travel of the individual switches is lower, so keystrokes sound quieter than before. The Force Touch trackpad is larger, making it easier for you to control all your activities on the beautiful 13.3" display with a resolution of 2,560 × 1,600 pixels.
The MacBook Air is equipped with two USB-C connectors that support the Thunderbolt / USB 4 interface. This makes it easy to connect any accessory, including a 6K display at 60Hz. A 3.5mm jack for connecting headphones is also available.
The new MacBook Air weighs just 1.29kg, yet it won't back down from any task. In practice, you'll appreciate the instant wake-up from sleep mode, the higher quality video output from the integrated FaceTime camera, and the fast network connection using WiFi 6.
Access to your MacBook Air is protected by Touch ID, ensuring both convenience and security. And with the new macOS Big Sur, you can do anything faster than ever before. All while maintaining maximum privacy.
Founded in 1976 in Cupertino, California, Apple has since become the most valuable company in the world with its revolutionary products and peerless design. Probably its most ubiquitous and well-known product is the iPhone, along with the iPad, Mac computers, and iTunes.
