New computing power
Thanks to improved component equipment, the MacBook Pro 2020 is undergoing a complete transformation. With an advanced processor, memory, advanced graphics and lightning-fast storage, you' ll work better than ever.
Up to 4-core processors
The MacBook Pro with the latest Intel Core processors takes computing power much further. The MacBook Pro 2020 now has a 4-core Intel Core i5 1038NG7 Ice Lake of the tenth generation, which reaches speeds of up to 3.8 GHz with Turbo Boost.
Stunning graphics - visually and with performance
The new 13-inch MacBook Pro 2020 runs on an Intel Iris Plus Graphics card, which has enough performance for most operations.
Desktop graphics performance in the MacBook Pro 2020
Are you creating VR content and want the creation process to tread like a watch? Get an external module for your MacBook Pro 2020 that can accommodate desktop-class GPUs. Connect it via Thunderbolt 3 and suddenly you have a horse dose of graphics performance.
First-class data security
The security of this year' s edition of touchbar MacBook Pro 2020 is taken care of by the Apple T2 chip. Its strong point is the Secure Enclave coprocessor, which ensures a secure boot of the operating system and encryption of data on your storage.
Versatility and speed combined into a single port
Thunderbolt 3 can do wonders - it combines large bandwidth and the possibility of very versatile use in a single output. It is used for both normal data transmission and power supply, and in addition it is double-sided, so that any device will always be connected correctly. You have four ports with a USB-C connector and a Thunderbolt 3 interface.
Touch anything with the touchbar
Function or multimedia keys have given way to a much more practical Touch Bar. With a few touches, you bring up a menu of necessary tools (volume, brightness control), scroll through the video or display a panel with emoticons as you type.
Improved Touch ID “lock“
The proven Touch ID reader unlocks either system settings, a locked notepad, or the MacBook Pro 2020 itself - all with a single touch.
Display & sound - you haven' t seen or heard anything nicer
The retina display of the new MacBook Pro 2020 clearly stands out over older models. The bright LED backlight is complemented by a high contrast ratio, which guarantees perfect reproduction of black and white. The colour gamut offers more saturated shades of green and red, and True Tone technology balances the colours on its own. The speakers are connected directly to the system power supply, so you can amplify them above the current maximum level - eliminating the need to connect more powerful headphones or an external speaker.
New Magic Keyboard
The Magic Keyboard of the MacBook Pro 2020 keyboard has an improved scissor mechanism with a stroke of 1 mm for comfortable and quiet typing with precise response. Also new is the physical Esc key. And on the spacious Force Touch trackpad, you have more room for gestures than on any other laptop.
