MaceMaker Hailstorm SanMai Chef
The MaceMaker Hailstorm Chef SanMai is a high-quality, reliable and stylish kitchen knife with a 21cm Damascus steel blade. The sandwich construction of the blade, made using Japanese SanMai technology, ensures a perfect cut – at the centre is a VG-10 steel cutting “razor blade”, which is covered on both sides by a strong layer of Damascus steel. This combination of materials gives the knife long-lasting sharpness and resistance to corrosion, wear and impact. The Damascus steel, which consists of two different types of steel with different colour tones, provides an attractive appearance. The blade is set in a comfortable solid wood handle with steel fittings. The package also includes a practical and elegant black case. The MaceMaker Hailstorm Chef SanMai kitchen knife is not suitable for the dishwasher.
