Nettle, hibiscus and sage offer many health benefits. Nettle promotes skin health, hair, nails, of the liver, kidneys, the urinary and nervous systems. It improves immunity and overall vitality of the body. Hibiscus with its ruby colour and sour taste supports respiratory health, vitality, digestion and helps in times of stress. Sage with its antioxidant effects is beneficial for immunity, digestion and respiratory system. A harmonious combination with a floral aroma and a sweet and sour hint of hibiscus flowers.

Minimum shelf life (batch number) on the underside. Store in a cool dry place and do not expose to direct sunlight.
Recommended dosage
Pour 200 ml of hot water over two teaspoons and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
