Using shampoo:
Apply a hazelnut-sized amount of shampoo (or the amount needed depending on hair length) to wet hair and massage the scalp for approximately two minutes to activate the hair roots. Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For an even better effect, use Cemio Rosemary Hair Balm and Tonic.
