How often should you brush your teeth?

Dentists recommend brushing your teeth at least 2 times a day or after every meal. Fluoride toothpaste is recommended.

In addition, it is recommended to use elmex gelée once a week and rinse your mouth with mouthwash every day. Compared to daily brushing alone, this combination significantly reduces the risk of tooth decay.
