Use and care:
During your period, always remove the cup after a few hours, pour out the collected blood, wash it and reinsert it. At the end of your cycle, wash the cup with a mild soap and water and boil or sterilise it using a special sterilising cup and cleaning products designed for menstrual cups. Store the clean, dry cup in a breathable container. Do not store it in a plastic bag or other airtight container – mould could form on the cup. Do not wash the cup in a dishwasher or expose it to sunlight.
