Use and care:
During your period, remove the cup every few hours, empty the collected blood, wash it, and reinsert it. After your cycle, wash the cup with mild soap and water and boil it or sterilise it using a special sterilising cup and cleaning products designed for menstrual cups. Store the clean, dry cup in a breathable bag. Do not store it in a plastic bag or other airtight container – this could cause mould to grow on the cup. Do not wash the cup in a dishwasher or expose it to direct sunlight.
