Use:
Apply the cream to areas of the body where the skin comes into contact with clothing and friction occurs during exercise. Apply to the skin 5 minutes before starting. The cream can also be applied to the inside of your clothing, such as the inserts of cycling shorts. After the performance, simply wash off the cream with soap and water. Avoid contact with mucous membranes.
