The Merlin's Elixir tea blend from ORIENTAL brings a delicate harmony of fruity flavours. Apples and grapes add a natural sweetness to this tea. Merlin's elixir has a slight acidity and a beautiful deep red colour thanks to hibiscus flowers and rosehips. You will also detect the refreshing taste of lemon tree leaves. Merlin's elixir acquires its delicate herbal undertones thanks to calendula. This fragrant fruity tea blend will be delicious both hot and chilled with ice. The Merlin's Elixir tea blend is caffeine-free, so you can serve it to children without worry.
The preparation of fruit tea is very easy. You will need 10 g of tea per 0.5 l pot, pour water at 95 °C and leave to infuse for 2 to 8 minutes. The time is indicative and it is a good idea to sip some tea after a certain time of infusion, taste it and if necessary strain the whole infusion or let it continue to infuse. If you like stronger teas, use more tea leaves or extend the steeping time.
