Use:
1. Regularly after each cycle: bring about 300 ml of water to the boil in a small cup, add a teaspoon of Gaia Magic Touch powder and dip the menstrual cup into the water. Boil the cup in the solution for a few minutes. Make sure the water does not evaporate, direct contact of the silicone cup with the dry hot casserole will irreversibly damage the cup.
2. In case of discoloured cups and old stains: Bring 300 ml of water to the boil, remove from the heat, add a tablespoon of Magic Touch powder and immerse the cup in the water. Leave it there for a few hours or overnight.
