Amadeus (2DVD) - DVD
The year is 1781, and Antonio Salieri (F. M. Abraham) is the court composer for Emperor Joseph II. When Mozart (Tom Hulce) arrives at court, Salieri is horrified to realise that the divine musical talent he has always craved has been bestowed upon this obscene and boisterous prankster.
Driven to fury by jealousy, Salieri schemes to destroy Mozart, willing to use any means necessary – perhaps even murder. Did Salieri succeed in silencing one of the greatest geniuses in the history of music?
