Arctic Monkeys: Favourite Worst Nightmare gatefold
LP Record Arctic Monkeys' second album, Favourite Worst Nightmare, was released in 2007 to critical acclaim. Produced by James Ford, the album saw the band move away from their garage rock sound towards a more polished, alternative rock direction. The album's lead single, "Brainstorm", was released in February 2007, followed by the title track in April. The third and final single, "Teddy Picker", was released in September. The album was a commercial success, debuting at number one in the UK and selling over 250000 copies in its first week. It was also nominated for the Mercury Prize but lost out to Klaxons' Myths of the Near Future.
