Explore the military battlefields of two vast Mediterranean islands, Altis and Stratis. With a total area of over 290 km², these islands become a dynamic and realistic environment for intense combat action. Altis, with its sprawling cities and varied terrain, including urban areas and wide plains, along with the smaller but still interesting island of Stratis, offers everything from dramatic tank battles in open fields to thrilling helicopter flights over dense forests and hills. It allows you to experience a variety of forms of combat, from direct engagement to strategic operations in hard-to-reach areas.
GUNS
Close combat, long range, on the ground, in the air and in the water
Arma 3 offers a wide range of combat options for adrenaline-packed action on land, in the air and at sea. Take to the field on foot or control a variety of armoured vehicles, from modern tanks to heavy transports, and stay ahead of the game in challenging battlefields. If you prefer aerial combat, get into helicopters or fighter jets and make coordinated attacks from above. With over 20 vehicle types and over 40 different weapons, you have the ability to customize your gear as needed.
MULTIPLAYER
Single and multiplayer
In Arma 3, you can enjoy a complex story campaign where you take on the role of soldier Ben Kerry in the midst of the Mediterranean conflict, divided into three episodes: Survive, Adapt and Win. The game also features extensive multiplayer where you can engage in online battles, form teams and compete in both official and unofficial game modes. New to Arma 3 is Zeus mode, which allows Game Masters to dynamically adjust the battlefield in real-time, providing a unique and customized experience for all players.
CREATING
Create your own battle scenes
In Arma 3, you can use the intuitive scenario editor to create your own gameplay experiences. Content creation is made easier with the Steam Workshop platform, where you can share and discover a variety of player creations, including new weapons, vehicles, single-player scenarios and multiplayer game modes. The enhanced Real Virtuality 4 engine brings new smooth animations, improved sound effects, ragdoll simulation and PhysX support for an even more realistic and immersive gaming experience on large and detailed maps.
