Candice, a young nurse who plans a bright future with the love of her life, takes a liking to the centenarian old woman and they become friends despite their generational differences. Candice listens with interest to Jenny's story and wise advice – with one exception.
He doesn't want to hear the truth about his relationship. When they agree to accompany Jenny on her trip to Italy, neither of them knows how much they will affect each other's lives and that the wise woman of the century may yet have a big surprise in store.
