Dobrý den, ráda bych věděla, na koho se obrátit ohledně nefunkčnosti zakoupené audiokníhy Bubny podzimu.- Stažení audioknihy z audioknihovny do počítače je stále nefunkční, zkoušeno před chvílí a problém stále přetrvává. V audioknihovně je pro stažení uvedena velikost souboru 1,56 GB, po kliknutí na tlačítko se ale stahuje soubor a velikosti 2,3GB. Po stažení cca 1,9GB se soubor začně automaticky stahovat znovu od začátku. Stahování se neukončí a do počítače se nic neuloží. Takto to probíhá stále dokola. Děkuji
