Charli XCX: Crash - LP

The fifth studio album of the English singer. Charli XCX styles herself as an evil, demonic figure who has fallen asleep to the devil. The visuals with various themes of dark spells and curses also correspond to this. The title and overall aesthetic of the album is inspired by the 1996 film Crash by director David cronenberg. Musically, the album can be described as futurepop. You will find here influences of pop music of the eighties or dark pop. Among the producers are Digital Farm Animals, Oneohtrix Point Never, Josan Evigan (Maroon 5, SZA, Madonna, Selena Gomez, etc. ) or Justin Raisen (Ariel Pink, David Bowie, Sky Ferreira, etc. ).

British singer Charli XCX is a prominent figure on the music scene. She rose to global fame in 2014, when she released the singles Boom Clap and Break The Rules. She has performed several times in the Czech Republic - she opened for Coldplay in Eden, appeared as a guest at Katy Perry's concert and sold out the Roxy in Prague in 2019. Charli XCX does not limit herself in music, her production is omnivorous and she surfs across different styles. He enjoys creative freedom and often changes his musical face.
