The folk-rock formation brought together four prominent personalities of the sixties music scene. David Crosby played with The Byrds, Stephen Stills was the lead singer and guitarist in Buffalo Springfield, a band that included Neil Young, and finally Graham Nash co-founded one of the most important British bands of the 1960s, The Hollies. Together, they formed a supergroup that became known for their intricate vocal harmonies and had a profound influence on shaping the American music scene and culture.
