Cupid and Psyche

Even though Princess Psyche is the most beautiful and charming, she still has no groom. In František Pavlíček's radio fairy tale based on Greek myths, you will hear Ivan Trojan, Vilma Cibulková, Simona Stašová, Josef Kemer, Jiří Adamíra and other well-known actors. All men like Princess Psyche, but none of them have the courage to propose to her because she is ethereally beautiful. This is especially annoying to the goddess Aphrodite. How can anyone say that Psyche is more beautiful than the goddess of love and beauty? In order to take revenge on the girl, Aphrodite utters a prophecy according to which Psyche is to stand on the top of a high mountain in her wedding dress and be carried away by a cruel beast. Will Aphrodite's son Amor prevent this disaster?
