A new case for FBI agent Nina Guerrera takes us back to Phoenix, Arizona. Six female students from the local university have gone missing in the last month. The police and FBI agents are investigating frantically. The investigation becomes urgent when detectives are stunned by a bizarre discovery in a randomly found shaft of an abandoned mine: five female bodies in various stages of mummification.

The specialised FBI team, of which Nina is a part, has no doubt that they are once again dealing with a serial killer. The situation is changing with every moment. The search team, at a thrilling pace, uncovers the killer's psychological profile and motivation, but they are no closer to his identity.

The killer's next move deals Nina a paralysing blow. However, she can rely not only on the unwavering support of her colleagues but also on the resourcefulness and fighting heart that so often adorns the children of the street. Clue by clue, the Warrior closes in on the decisive confrontation, where the lives of all involved are at stake.
