Football exercises and games
In the third updated and expanded edition of this unique publication, the authors present a collection of 150 graphically illustrated football drills and games. These are suitable for practising and perfecting individual defensive and offensive skills for both outfield players and goalkeepers, as well as for group and team cooperation. The authors have created a practical, game-focused publication for football coaches and teachers in children's and junior categories, but other football coaches or physical education students will certainly find plenty of inspiration for their training. For the purposes of football training, the individual training forms are systematically structured into movement games, preparatory and game exercises, and preparatory games. This supplemented edition is expanded with specific examples of exercises from the field of motor-functional preparation of the athlete. It also offers 48 specific, freely combinable physical activities with common gym equipment, which can be applied not only in the presented circuit training variations but also in other organisational forms of the training process, especially for children and youth.
