“It grabs you from the very first page.”
“Author Yrsa Sigurðardóttir is a master at creating the right atmosphere, which is even more chilling than her native Iceland. ”
“Spooky, relentless, intense. That's how you can describe the style of this Icelandic writer. Instead of stories about happy tourists, she brings terrifying tales full of death from the popular Nordic island, which leave you craving more books by Yrsa Sigurðardóttir.”
