Has-Been Heroes is deceptive. Its graphics are reminiscent of a cartoon mobile game, the likes of which you've seen countless times, but beneath this surface lies a sophisticated roguelike strategy game. (bonusweb.idnes.cz)
Show off your tactical thinking in Has-Been Heroes.
Fight your way through hordes of skeletons to earn the credits you need to buy items for your heroes.
Your band of heroes hasn't been in action for a long time, and many thought they had grown old. But the King has summoned them for one last quest – to escort his two daughters to a distant academy. The journey is fraught with danger, and they need protection.
Combat is the foundation of the entire game. Your heroes stand on the left side, and waves of skeletons rush at you from the right. However, the game isn't just about mindlessly bashing skeletons; you have to think about your individual attacks and combine them perfectly – otherwise, the skeletons will completely overrun you.

Items for your heroes are one of the most important aspects of the entire game. Items strengthen your heroes, and without them, you won't stand a chance in the later parts of the game. You can get items by opening chests, or by buying them with gold coins earned for completing individual levels.
