I will destroy you and take what is mine

A chilling psychological thriller about a woman who sets out to destroy her editor

Looking back on my relationship with Kathy, I am amazed at how naive she was, how little she knew. She always thought she had everything: the job, the baby, the friends and him. She thought she was safe. She was sure that nothing could threaten her perfect world. She should never have trusted me.

To most people, Kathy represents the perfect picture of a happy and successful modern woman. She has a beautiful baby boy, a smart, attractive man and an attractive job.

But not everyone is fooled by that. Her subordinate Heja knows the truth: knows about the cracks in Kathy's marriage, her doubts and fears of professional failure. Finally, Heja is exactly where he can destroy Kathy from. If she succeeds, she'll get the one thing she wants most.

One woman's fear is another woman's weapon in this cleverly constructed novel of jealousy, rivalry and lies. A film adaptation based on the book is being prepared, directed by Richard Redwine.
