Metallica: Garage Inc. (3x LP) - LP

The eighth album by Metallica, released on 24 November 1998. It contains newly recorded cover versions of songs by other musicians and bands, as well as all the covers the band had recorded up to that point.

Drummer Lars Ulrich founded Metallica in 1981 together with guitarist/vocalist James Hetfield. Over more than thirty years of existence, they have become one of the most influential and commercially successful bands in history. They have sold over 110 million albums, played to millions of fans, and became the first band to perform on all seven continents in less than a year, earning them a place in the Guinness Book of World Records. This happened in 2013, when they became the first and so far only band to play in Antarctica. Metallica have received several Grammy and MTV Video Music Awards, are the third best-selling artist since sales tracking began, have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and historically belong to the Big Four of thrash metal alongside Megadeth, Slayer, and Anthrax.
