How does purchasing a monthly (CSP) / perpetual (LTSC) licence work?
- Choose the number of units
- The licence is generated according to the customer's data on Alza.cz. If you wish to issue the licence to another user or your MS tenant account, please contact For companies
- After paying for the order, go to your electronic licences account, where you click on your product (after this step the licence will be created; licence generation takes place on working days from 8:00–16:00)
- You will then receive your login details (unique login details for the Microsoft portal), which will arrive at your email address registered with Alza.cz
- Log in to the portal with your Microsoft credentials to download and set up the products—a quick guide is here
Important information for correct licence purchase:
If you have a Microsoft ID from another supplier, you must send this MS ID to [email protected] immediately after creating the order. If you do not provide an MS ID, a new one will be generated for you. A Microsoft ID for CSP is not compatible with home products such as Microsoft 365 Personal/Family.
