Diligent student Vee ( Emma Roberts ) joins the popular online game NERVE under the pressure of her friend. At first, it looks like harmless fun: it only performs simple tasks assigned to it by anonymous “observers“ and receives points for it. However, it quickly develops into an exciting adrenaline ride, in which he collaborates with a mysterious alien ( Dave Franco ) and gradually the game begins to pick up an increasingly sinister pace full of dangerous twists. What will be the final bet and how will it affect its entire future?
