Nirvana: Nirvana (2015 Edition) – LP

This 2002 Nirvana compilation is now available on vinyl and Blu-ray Audio for the very first time!

"Nirvana" is a self-titled best-of album featuring tracks recorded between 1989 and 1994. It is the third official Nirvana album to be released since the death of Kurt Cobain in 1994. The compilation was highly anticipated, largely due to the inclusion of the previously unreleased song "You Know You're Right".

However, the album did face criticism for its tracklist, which some argue plays out like a parent-friendly party playlist while ignoring the band's raw punk and hardcore roots found in tracks like Scentless Apprentice, Tourette's or Territorial Pissings. In short, it only features the band's most commercial hits – and commercial appeal does not always equal their finest work.
