Pathology

Fundamentals of Pathology is a textbook designed for non-medical university courses and students of secondary medical schools. The textbook was created to replace the current pathology textbook from 1978. The new learning text corresponds with current knowledge in the field, the information comes from peer-reviewed and verified sources and textbooks used for teaching pathology in secondary schools and universities both at home and abroad.

The structure of the textbook follows the ministry-approved learning standards and gradually guides readers through general and special pathology. It offers an insight into the history, classification, and basic examination methods in pathology, and familiarises students with the fundamental pathological changes in the body.

The second part of the textbook is dedicated to the pathology of organ systems. All of this is wrapped in an attractive design, intended to motivate those who pick up the textbook to study this interesting field of medicine.
