DVD Film - The cast: Harvey Keitel, John Turturro. When there's murder in the streets, everyone's a suspect. The Dunham brothers grew up together in a Brooklyn housing project, but they are as different as good and evil. Victor has a family, two jobs and a decent life. His younger brother Strike, on the other hand, has his own "office" overlooking the city and eager employees selling crack. When his drug rival is murdered, it is the postive brother who comes up with a startling confession. The case is being handled by a pre-retired homicide detective. His mission is to investigate who the cold-blooded killer is. The film depicts the harsh realities faced by generations of African-Americans growing up in America's inner cities.
