  • To verify your purchased service, you will be contacted by phone (on weekdays Mon-Fri 9 am-5pm. ) and you will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail accepting the request for the implementation of the service.
  • If you have a cash on delivery order, you will find the key to display this service in the cash on delivery box.
  • No later than 1 working day, you will be contacted by a technician who will arrange with you the exact time of implementation (on working days Mon-Fri 7 am-7pm. ).
  • In case of problems, it is possible to register on tel. C. +420 226 254 952 (on working days Mon-Fri 9-17 hrs. )

If you have purchased a remote installation for the boxed version of the software (BOX), you only need to activate the service when you have the box physically available. It contains the license key for the product needed for installation.

The service is available Mon - Fri 7:00 - 19:00
The validity of the license to perform the service is max. 3 months from the date of purchase.

Conditions for the proper functioning of the service

  • Windows 7 and later
  • Ownership of the installed software license (the service does not replace the license itself)
  • Functional internet connection; at least 2 Mbit for download and 1 Mbit for upload, no data restriction (FUP)
