Return to the Highlands

Lively Rowena MacLawry returns to the Scottish Highlands after a remarkably successful debut in London society and makes it clear that she has grown from her infatuation with Lachlan MacTier. It suits him, because he never intended to marry her anyway. Suddenly, however, she can no longer ignore the fact that the former clumsy lane of Winnie grew into a very elegant - and highly desirable - young woman…

The harsh and handsome Lachlan is not at all similar to the English sleek aristocrats who were interested in Winnie in London. Three months of separation was enough to get to know the world much more beautiful than the untamed Scottish wilderness - and the object of her childhood love. But now that she has decided to find a slightly more civilized future husband, can Lachlan appreciate her charm? And is there at least a small possibility for her to ignore how frantically she is attracted to her?
